I finally got around to trying Momofuku’s crack pie at the Williamsburg’s smorgasbord yesterday.
It was the best piece of pie I ever had. It’s like oatmeal cookie dough met creme brulee and they decided to dance in my mouth.
16 grams of saturated fat entirely worth it.
I want to attempt making my own Crack Pie but that would include me attempting to eat an entire pie in one day. I’ve done it before so I’ll probably do it again.
